These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of Solvigo products. Please read them carefully to understand our commitment to liberating human ingenuity through safe, human-first AI.

1. Introduction

1.1 Solvigo AI, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, operates as an AI-transformation partner providing a suite of tailored AI products and an AI-First Business Toolbox (hereinafter, the “Solvigo Products”).

1.2 Our products are designed to eliminate the “digital chores” and mundane friction that drain human talent, allowing organizations to reclaim the opportunity cost of their collective ingenuity.

1.3 These Terms apply to business entities and organizations (hereinafter “Customers”) who invest in Solvigo Products to enhance their professional legacy and focus on meaningful work.

2. Definitions

2.1 Customer – The legal entity purchasing Solvigo Products to solve specific business problems.

2.2 AI-Companion – Tailored, multi-agent AI tools built by Solvigo to work beside human talent, handling routine tasks to foster creativity and strategy.

2.3 Products – The specific AI-first tools, infrastructure, and productization pipelines delivered by Solvigo to the Customer.

2.4 The Solvigo Way – Our philosophy of prioritizing positive impact, safety, and the value of human time over market hype.

3. Scope of Application

3.1 These Terms govern the contractual relationship between Solvigo and the Customer regarding the delivery and use of Solvigo Products.

3.2 Solvigo acts as a practical implementer; specific project agreements for tailored solutions take precedence over these general Terms.

4. Subject of the Contract

4.1 Solvigo provides Customers with access to its AI-First Toolbox and custom products to augment their workforce. This is a non-exclusive right designed to improve the quality of work-life and the impact of the Customer's professional mark.

4.2 Solvigo is dedicated to building tools that "free people." We continuously update our products to meet the highest safety and stability standards, ensuring our "airplane" is built correctly for all who step onto it.

4.3 Solvigo Products are provided as tools for business operations; no transfer of underlying proprietary source code occurs unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5. Services and Implementation

5.1 Practical Implementation – Solvigo builds tailored AI tools to solve real-world problems, such as compliance, insight gathering, or process understanding.

5.2 AI Safety & Transparency – We treat AI systems with the rigor of high-stakes infrastructure. Our goal is to implement AI safely while benefiting humans, avoiding the "black box" approach.

5.3 Reclaiming Time – Our products are built to save people time on mundane tasks (e.g., spreadsheet formatting, manual data analysis), allowing them to invest their cognitive energy in work that creates real value.

5.4 Exclusions – Solvigo Products are tools for human augmentation. They do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Human oversight is required to ensure AI-generated outputs align with the Customer’s professional standards.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Fees are determined by the scope of the tailored AI-First Toolbox provided and are billed as specified in the individual purchase agreement.

6.2 We focus on infrastructure-driven value based on saved hours and ROI, rather than hype-driven speculation.

7. Grant of Rights and Intellectual Property

7.1 Customers are granted the right to use Solvigo Products to enhance their strategic minds and innovative abilities.

7.2 Customers may not use Solvigo Products to accelerate negative effects on the economy or human minds, nor to create value solely through hype.

7.3 All intellectual property rights in the core Solvigo infrastructure remain with Solvigo AI.

8. Customer Obligations (Human-in-the-Loop)

8.1 Because we are all "involuntarily on this flight," Customers must act as responsible pilots for their AI-Companions, ensuring human verification for critical decisions.

8.2 Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to Solvigo Products. Formatting a spreadsheet may be a "theft of value," but maintaining data integrity is a human necessity.

9. Term and Termination

9.1 Agreements remain in effect to ensure the Customer’s organization remains AI-first and agile.

9.2 Upon termination, Solvigo assists in a safe transition to ensure the Customer's professional legacy and data are protected.

10. Data Protection and AI Safety

10.1 Solvigo holds AI safety dear. We process data with the transparency required to prevent AI from causing economic damage to people minding their own business.

11. Liability

11.1 Solvigo builds stable infrastructure to protect against "meltdowns." However, we are not liable for business decisions made without human oversight of AI outputs.

11.2 Our liability is limited to the value provided by our tools in liberating talent, and we disclaim liability for damages resulting from the misuse of AI-Companions.

12. Amendments

12.1 Solvigo may amend these Terms to reflect our evolving commitment to the Human-First AI Era.

13. Final Provisions

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

13.2 The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes is the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt).
